The rise of the internet and websites, on the back of the gradual demise of ‘snail mail’, has brought with it an enormous increase in the number of enquiries that come to organisations such as ours. It is so much easier, for those who are interested, to research and discover who to approach, and where, and subsequently a quick and easy task (involving no expense) to fire off an email.
