As I write this article, I am conscious that we have just passed from the decade that saw the 40th anniversary of BIOS into the decade in which we will celebrate our half-centenary. There is much to look forward to, and Council is already giving some thought to a suitable project to mark that important milestone when it arrives. We have also to turn our minds to the coming OrganFest in 2021.
