The past year, in its different ways, has been something of a learning curve for us all. A common factor to emerge has undoubtedly been the arrival of ‘Zoom’ and other similar conference facilities that have done so much to enable face-to-face communications to continue, whether between families and social groups or for the management of business in organisations such as our own.
